Pulsatilla nigricans — the wind flower — is one of Hahnemann's most thoroughly proved and most frequently indicated remedies. Its symptom picture is characterised above all by changeability.

Emotional Picture: Mild, gentle, yielding disposition. Tearful, especially when describing symptoms. Seeks sympathy and is relieved by it (contrast Natrum mur.).
